Submissions to ESREL 2027

You will be requested to submit an abstract for consideration. Deadline: November 30th, 2026.

Upon acceptance of your contribution, you will have two options: either submit a full paper (5–8 pages) or an extended abstract (up to 3 pages). To help us plan the review process, please indicate in the abstract submission portal which option you intend to choose. Your selection is non-binding and may be changed at any time.

Notification of acceptance: December 15th at the latest.

To submit for one of the proposed sessions, please follow the instructions in the submission portal. Information on the proposed sessions can be found here.

Deadline for submission of full paper or extended abstract: February 28th, 2027.

Deadline for the final revised paper or abstract: March 31st, 2027.
